Abstract
The author suggests three basic issues to be addressed in developing leadership skills in business students: the biblical mandate in the form of a theology for Christian leadership, accomplishing leadership development within the curriculum without violating the tenets of a liveral arts education, and advantages Christians have over non-Christians in leadership.
