Abstract
The concept of using trust as an organizational control system is in great favor today in the business literature. Since trust is an essentially Christian concept, it is tempting to think that this system of control is good, or godly, by its nature. This paper explores the concept of trust as a control mechanism to see if this is a warranted assumption.
