Kelly and Susan Curry had a tough decision to make. In the summer of 2015 their Galway, Ireland based businesses were all well-staffed and running smoothly. Profits had never materialized for the Curries but, nonetheless, both were both excited about the new opportunity they faced. They had been presented with the idea of expanding part of their missional work, particularly their work in secondary religious education retreats, throughout the Republic of Ireland. Should they move forward with the expansion immediately or first seek to strengthen the financial performance of the businesses?
